Quality inspection of glassware beside an approved production sample
Reference-led inspection

01 · Quality standard

The approved sample becomes the standard.

Before production begins, the confirmed sample, specifications and agreed visual details establish the reference for the entire order. This gives every team a clear point of comparison, from forming and finishing to packing.

01

Approved sample

The physical reference for shape, proportion and finish.

02

Clear specifications

Dimensions, weight, tolerance and visual requirements.

03

Shared alignment

One production standard across every involved partner.

02 · In-process control

Quality is checked while production is happening.

Inspection during production helps identify drift early, when adjustments are still practical and the approved result remains within reach.

01

Dimensions & Proportion

Key measurements, capacity, height and silhouette are checked against the agreed reference.

02

Weight & Wall Thickness

Material distribution is reviewed for balance, usability and repeatable production.

03

Form & Surface

Shape, seams, edges and surface condition are assessed throughout the run.

04

Color & Finish

Color, spray, plating, decals and other applied details are checked for consistency.

03 · Handmade glass inspection

Handmade does not mean uncontrolled.

Handmade glass carries natural variation. Our role is to distinguish the character that belongs to the process from defects that affect appearance, function or brand consistency.

01

Shape consistency

Natural character within the approved silhouette.

02

Rim quality

Smooth, usable and consistent drinking edges.

03

Bubbles & marks

Reviewed against agreed acceptance criteria.

04

Applied details

Logo, color and finishing details checked in context.

04 · Production alignment

Keeping production aligned with the approved standard.

Separation and cushioning suited to the glass form.

Drop-test requirements

Agreed performance checks for the intended route.
